Science & Engineering Careers in Sunshine Sugar
Apprenticeships and traineeships are a great way to combine exceptional training with the security of paid work. You’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification and learn practical skills that will be highly valued in any workplace.
As a Sunshine Sugar apprentice or trainee, your on-the-job training will take place within one of our three mills and refinery located at Harwood, Broadwater or Condong. You will gain experience in a variety of tasks as you are mentored by one of our qualified and experienced professionals. You also receive guidance to develop your personal workplace skills which will broaden your career opportunities in the future.
Our apprenticeship and traineeship program trains people to become qualified in a particular trade. Upon completion, you will receive a nationally recognised trade certificate. We provide a structured apprenticeship or traineeship process, supported by theory components through local TAFE.
