Sunshine Sugar manufactures private label sugar for some of Australia’s major retailers as well as our own Sunshine Sugar label that is sold through independent grocery stores. We sell refined and raw sugar to over 300 different customers across all types of food and beverage manufacturing, in quantities ranging from 1kg bags to bulk tankers and trucks. We sell a food grade molasses to food manufacturers and processors, and a mill molasses to primary producers.

	Low GI Sugar Sunshine Sugar’s Low GI Sugar is made using the Nucane™ process, which was developed right in here in Australia. 	Sunshine Premium Blend Molasses Sunshine Molasses is a premium molasses that is a blend of blackstrap and selected refinery streams, with characteristic strong aromas and flavours of strong caramelised sugar. It is blended to produce a more balanced flavour whilst retaining naturally occurring vitamins and minerals. Sunshine Molasses Premium Blend is made from Australian grown and made cane sugar at the Harwood Refinery in northern New South Wales. Available in 500g jar, 20L Pail, 200L Drum, Bulk.
	Raw Sugar Direct Consumption (DC) Sugar is relatively free-flowing and sandy to light brown in colour. It is sweet tasting with a characteristic faint aroma and flavour of molasses. DC Raw Sugar is made from Australian grown sugar cane at the Condong Sugar Mill in northern New South Wales. Available in single serve sachets, 1kg, 2kg and 3kg, 15kg, 25kg and Bulk.
	Refined White Sugar Bottlers Grade Bottlers Grade Refined White Sugar is a premium 1A sugar that is low in colour and has not been blended. It is free flowing with a characteristic sweet aroma and flavour and is free from extraneous matter. Manufacturers Grade Manufacturer’s Grade Refined White Sugar is a graded, white and free flowing sugar. It has a characteristic sweet aroma and flavour and is free from extraneous matter. Bottlers and Manufacturers Refined Sugar is made from Australian grown and made cane sugar at the Harwood Refinery in northern New South Wales.
